I clayed my car. Heres the Pics. 56k Beware (22 Pics)

A few weeks ago i clayed my car and thought i'd post a few pics (as i said i would).

I used the following.

• Autosmart Tardis Tar and Glue Remover,
• The Megs Smooth Surface Clay Kit,
• Washed car with Duragloss 901 and Eurow sheepskin wash mitt using 2 bucket method and dried with Sonus Blue drying towel c/w Quick Detailer,
• Autoglym Super Resin Polish,
• Jeffs Acrylic Jett Trigger Sealant x2,
• Collinittes 476 Wax x2,
• Poorboys Wheel Sealant,
• Autoglym Glass Polish,
• Megs Tyre Endurance dressing (used it to finish it off)

Next is a wheel refurb as they are kerbed

My car is on a stand at a show soon, im going to have to give claying it a go! I seriously have never seen a shine like yours off a silver car tho, it makes me want to go out and do mine right now!

the silver bell looks nice imo.

think a replacement lower grille is around £40 from reno, so spose its an extra pain in arse come sell time!!

They are screwed into the plastic wing and sill using the original screws that hold them on and then the screw heads were painted black

I don't have rear mudflaps, and yeah there is screws on the rear bumper/arch that can be used ?

I'll get pics anyway

Heres a few pics of the mudflaps bud

Insides

Please excuse the rear discs, there all pitted and rusty.
There next on my list before the Mot in November

And the black paint has chipped off now and the screws are now all rusty
I've touched the black paint up twice and thought whats the point of touching them up again !

It'll chip off again (and who looks at the insides of the mudflaps anyway).

And excuse me the car needs a wash again
