Well it all started from me slating renault in a customer service survey. Then i got a letter asking what the probs were. so i wrote back complaining about my unreliable car and such like.
I just got a 150 pound in the post this morning. So i suppose that goes some way to making up for the problems i had, the car now seems to be running ok and the money will get the windows tinted, cheers renault
