no idea on standard ones, but uprated cams is a nice power increase. Cat cams are easily the best for the price on the Clio's (imo).

I'll probably be selling mine shortly and the work fine on stock management remapped for them. Mine are the Catcams 428's iirc (1.5mm lift at tdc)

ive had big problems with the oil in my engine dissapearing to apoint where it tottaly ran out and since then ive had a loud tickinh when acclerating and when engines under load ive been told the cams are fooked?

na, the cams don't cause the oil to vanish, sounds moke like the rings or something else has gone

It's on it's second engine, don't think this ones done moon mileage tho

The tapping has come about after most of the oil vanished on the run to RWS.

I said rings as well. There is no sign of leakage so it must be burning it.

ive had the car compression tested put on the clip machine had an emissions test and they cant seem to fined where its gone i dont think its the cams causing it fred the lack of oil its had has made the cams tick/ratlle/tappy sound and its got really loud
