i need spme help please ( leaking)

i have just come back from france ( 1200 mile trip) . I parked my car in work an when i came out by every wheel they was a damp patch. I came home an were the car has been parked there r damp patch's again only by the wheels. Also my back drive side wheel is covered in s**t an the others r a little bit cleaner. Any one know what this might be:dapprove:

Sorry mate i don't know a great deal about the brakes, but if they are working fine, then it most probably is'nt a brake related problem.
