I need to make a simple game..

I have a client i am doing a website for, he has asked if i can make a simple quiz/game for his website.

I told him i could do it, or would most certainly look into it.

Initial impression is that he wants to present 10 images with left/right arrows to choose one, each one reveals a question which you click to reveal the answer.

I am thinking javascript for this? or would it be easier to make in Flash (I am not a pro with flash but am a quick learner)

anyone done anything similar?

you need to use action script in Flash, quite a job, ive done a bit but wouldnt know where to start really with that. google action script forums.
