FFS!!! what is it with technology and me, my ipod had frozen, cant do anything with it! how do you like reset tyem?

Don't own one but had some experience with another f**ked one. I think you do it through iTunes.

Press and hold the play button and it should reset it - you might then have to connect it up to the power supply unit.

Make sure you've downloaded the latest version of itunes too as that usually has bug fixes in it.
