you will be struggling to get 15bhp more with £600. you will need over £2000.
i would get an itg maxogen.
oz ultraleggera's.
lowering springs.

will be over budget but worth it

uprated brakes? point to point will make you faster i know not bhp increase but if your on std stoppers at the mo i would do them next.

for bolt-on-bits, would also have thought a decat and inlets would be the next stage. you've already got cams, and headwork/throttle bodies are v expensive. ideally, i'd want it setting up on a RR afterwards, but i guess you could make enquiries about how suitable your current map might be with the extra mods.

everyone says, 'do your brakes, you'll go faster', but you won't in a road car - you'll improve their feel (and therefore confidence, which is the main thing) and moderately increase the stopping power providing you can keep the heat in the pads. if it's a road car, you're (hopefully!) not going to be relying on the brakes too much to be making progress. that said, it's a v good idea to uprate them if you make the car much quicker than std - and it's a cheap and easy mod

Stock brakes are fine for road use. If you need to use them to the advantage of outbreaking someone to be a 'performance advantage' you'd have to be tooling it big time!

Usual drill is if the car in front brakes, thats when the person behind does and if your the rear car then you'd be dictated by the front cars actions so wheres the performance advantage?

In any case, is it not meant to be 'slower in faster out' where corners etc are concerned? :rasp:

Proper stage 1 head from someone who knows what their doing on the F4R's head is 600+ ball park figure. For 350 you'll get a shoddy pointless job and thats coming from being a victim of it

Would need a mapping sesh to remember. another £300+ ;)

Is having a car worth it when you have public transport and a taxi service ? ;)

All depends what your after. He's already got cams etc so mods in other areas would compliment the car nicely

Quoted figure of £600, the bhp figure of 15 brake and the mods listed might get less, might get more. Its all a guesstimate

Adding bhp figures up and coming out with a total figure isnt how it works

the panda 100 has punto brakes. the 182 has far better brakes. 975kg vs 1090kg
trust me the ive driven a punto and the brakes are never anywhere near as good.

Id say a brake conversion is in order (on back roads you will notice a massive difference....especially if you are the leading car!) and losing some weight will go a treat too. see if you can lose 90kg?
have some fun with this http://www.letstorquebhp.com/calculator.asp
