I want to drop 60.

Hi just got a clio. it has 15" alloys on it and i would like it dropped 60mm, does anyone know if this will cause rubbing and also where would be the best place to get the springs with shocks.

the springs are the same for a ph1 or ph2 but the shocks are different.
i got PI 60mm on mine and the alloys are 16" and they dont rub.
