Tell you all about how I got on ordering a new PC from Dell, but if I did I am likely to go into Jade mode and be banned within seconds.

Ooooohhh k.....

I'm guessing they were a right useless bunch of c***s. Especially down the phone? They were when we ordered ours.

I phones them up for a PC and got some bloke with a serious inability to speak English.

He really couldn't grasp the concept of me buying this on behalf of my nan who wanted a new PC.

They then called me back on my mobile, after giving them her contact details and called me MR AUDREY!!! How many 24 year old males do you know called Audrey.

TW*TS!!! The impression I got was that they now divert their calls through some foreign call centre.

Much easier (and usually cheaper) to build one yourself, James. PC components these days are 'almost' idiot proof and you get the benefit of knowing exactly what's under the lid, should somthing go wrong.
