Icey accident roadtrip nightmare - in pics

well as you may know an illfated meet happened last night, plagued by a trail to a pub which had a road ladden with ice, we had a casualty.

Photos are pretty gash, but one comedy one, see if you can spot it

the car that was leading the pack slowed down due to the conditions ,Andy went round the corner to find a car going very slow & had to avoid ,thus swerving to hit a wall ,busting his tyre & front end damage .

we all on the same page now ? ;)

Oh Andy ,don't think low riders are your thing m8 :rasp:

we all got off lighty there were a few near misses.
the audi hit the wall avoiding the car in front.
aye the pics are poor but doubt you'd gwet any better ones.

you got an idea of the full damaged andy?

That is some major builders arse crackage there. :eek:

If you look closely at the front of the car you can see the what I think it the power steering sump hanging down. lower bodywork is cracked and the Driver's front wishbone is bent, alignment is shot to s**t. Possible a bent rack as well.

You can see the small all in one of the photos (over on the left handside, probably about 8 - 10 inches high):

Obviously this is the reverse. The wall on the right is the wall I almost creamed into under braking. Came off the brakesand shifted down into first staying off the brakes, made for the verge on the left of the photo and the wall popped up.

That would be Buffalo, we did tell him.... But he's a big lad so we didn't push the issue. :S

I think daytime photos are required. The night time one's don't show up the crest, the hill or the wall really.

Also I'd like a look in the day just to see if there was anything else I could have done.

I can vouch for the fact that the weather is quite different in scotland. Even if its decent down here.
