It's hard to tell, my 1st instinct was the diff bearings, but i can only replicate the noise under very hard braking :S

Also one of the rear wheels has a rust coloured dust on it while all the others are just normal brake dust residue.

As a job i wanted to do anyway i'm just replacing the rear bearings,discs and pads, but i'd rather sort the problem before next sundays trackday.
