Idle Reving

Hi all,

Yesterday on my way home the car when idle began to rev by itself, between 1 - 2k revs.

And this morning it seemed like it was choking out as when i started it up it reved to 1k, then dropped to 0 and cut out.

Restarted and all was fine.

Thinking idle control valve?

Or throttle body?

yes idle control valve
take it off and clean it
