Idle speed drop

  Inferno 182 & Saxo
When I put the clutch down or knock it out of gear from steady throttle applications/driving, the revs sometimes drop away to below 500rpm, sometimes even to the bottom of the tacho at 0rpm, then it seems the stepper moor catches it and brings them up again. As an f4r has no icv and its all throttle body controlled what could be casing this? Lambda sensor?
Doesn't do it all the time mind, just sometimes but when it does theres a bit of a delay at low low revs, and the ecu then seems to catch it to bring the revs up to 850rpm as normal
