iTunes have made a mistake with an app called "cartoon hd"- it should be £19 but it's free, can watch Disney and batman and Tom and jerry etc cartoons for free. You and kids might like it!

It's a major f*ck up and no doubt illegal for the content it offers, but there's very little they can do about it with regards to legality, as users are simply downloading what is advertised for free. It's their mess to sort out.
