Looks like a genuine renault one to me ! The key looks genuine as do the locks ! Offer him £30 inc P+P ! Tell him to end the auction early as u need it ASAP and use paypal !

My CSMA breakdown said 16v ones were unique! and Reno want £120 plus about 3 hours labour he said!!

There is a 19 16v in my local scrappy but dont know if it will fit! He will probably take a fiver for it so i may buy it anyway if no-one knows!!

All sorted! I got a barrel out of a 1.9D Clio on the off chance as none of you seemed to be able to help me out!!

I drilled out my old barrel and fitted the new one myself!!

Cost me £20, Result!!

Tell me bout it Rob!! Im sure one of the 82 that have viewed this thread must know that all ph1 2 & 3 clio barrels are the same!!

Well if they didnt they do now!!

I suppose i have been used to the Interford.com forum as my first 2 cars were escorts and they are a world of knowledge over there, anything you wanna know someone will go out of there way to help ya! But here you cant even get someone to look in a haynes manual for ya or run outside to look at there car etc!!

I would have helped if I knew.. I have a mk2 ph2 172, and no haynes manual has been made.. otherwise I would have..

I am sure if people knew the answer they would have said.
