illegal number plates

was just wondering what ye old english law says to having the old style black number plates on a new car............just an idea...........i need new plates coz ive got where i bought the car plastered all over the plates and if thats not enough they also glued an extra bit on the bottom of it...nobs......any ideas?

Youd be fistf*cked by the rozzers within the hour i reckon. Especially seeing as the welsh traffic police are well known for being a bunch of mailto:b@stards">b@stards anyway.

you cant have black number plates on cars registered after 1972

http://www.fancyplates.comwww.fancyplates.com do whatever you want basically, and they do them plain with no manufacturers or suppliers logos on if you do them as a fancy plate on the website.

Got mine the other day - had them cut down to an 11mm border, the lowest you can legally go
