After 3.5 years I've returned to clio's with v6 number 3!!

Since my last one I've owned a TT quattro sport (240) an M3 cab (e46) a tuned meg r26 and a mk5 r32 but the urge to return got too much!

So in 2 weeks time I pick up my 255 in mars red from Edinburgh, sure some on here will know it, alex's one, with lowered recaro PP's same as my black one had, and 197 steering wheel and BMC filter, it's only done 21k and will be a summer toy only!

I'm counting the days oh yes! good to be back!

It's my third Vee mate, fourth Clio in total (172cup was the other) there's pics of them all on here from way back but I'm on my iPhone ATM, I had silver 230 number 035 which after I sold it got well and truly totalled

Then black gold 219 lots and lots of pics of that on here, since I sold it's never been seen or for sale again to my knowledge and isn't on the v6 register list..

Now mars number 034.. I'll try and get a pic..

unfortunately i dont think i'll be at FCS guys, too much of a trek!

i was too'ing and fro'ing on the colour for a couple of weeks before i decided, but the combination of the low build numbers..only 18 made and the fact that ive never seen a mars red on the road swung the deal for me!

No plans really, few front end chips on the bumper so going to get that done in winter when it's SORN'd

Also cause I want it flawless I'm gonna order up a new set of wheels for it, I did toy with doing the ones on it anthracite but not sure, maybe if I get a new set I could do them anthracite and have the best of both, they aren't even kerbed, just want them tip top!

You're gonna get bum-hurt for mentioning anthracite wheels on here. It's recently become fashionable to prefer silver.
