Im Confused

Could some one please explain to me about all these mk's and phases.:approve:
They are confusing me:S I thought i had cracked it but now im confused.

mk1's r the well old more boxy shaped ones.
mk2 ph1's are first rounded shaped ones but front grille is tiny slit.
mk2 ph2's are newer rounded ones with bigger grille
mk3 is the brand new one ads on tv now for it

ph1 was 1991-1992
ph2 was 1993-1995
ph3 was 1996-1997

Not sure though.

Cheers I was just trying to establish ready for when i've got a car so i will know what i've got. does anybody know the differences between phases on the mark1's?

you missed mk2 ph3 too, few nigly changes, cant remember from what years tho.
