im gonna torch this pile of rubbish

tonight it stated pulling to one side when braking and seemed down on power although i have convinced myself the A/C does this.

so i jack my car up, theres lots of oil in the plastic tray under the gearbox.

one disk is rubbing constantly, the other only half rubs, makes me think the disks are warped, they were new at the service.

theres oil coming out of a CV joint.

then engine management keeps coming on and also going into limp mode, usually when overtaking

so its basically crap, then to make it worse i rounded a lock in nut off trying to tighten it up. so im annoyed and i dont know what to do. and no i dont have a warranty!

i swear i didnt have this many probs with my mini.

you should have a warrenty for any work done at the service, so if there are any problems caused by either defective parts or bad workmanship on your new brakes you should have some comeback on the garage.

i dont think the A/C could be causing the lack of power really, cant tell the difference on my 1.4 8v so on a 1.4 16v it should be less of a problem. could be the warm weather?

yeh 12,500 miles this time.

not sure why theres oil coming out of a CV joint surly it should just be grease there.

Oil would come out of your CV joint if there was something wrong with your driveshaft (I think)..I might be being thick though.
