i washed and polished mine on monday for first time in years. Brought a trade polisher off ebay which did a great job and alot cheaper than these pc things.

I wish it still looked like a mirror, the dust has stuck all over it. i think i will wash it in the morn then polish by hand and show. My polisher u can see in the pic only cost £55 off ebay compared to £100+ for a porter cable polisher.

nearly done now...

my new caliper paint is drying now, as i type! (so my brakes are now yellow instead of the red shown on the pics taken on friday.

then i have to use scratch-x on the bonnet, tyre black and a final wax with Meguires.

should be ready to meet the other N/W people at 4.15am at Lymm.
