Image Capture Software (Web Image)

Theres a web image which changes every minute on a website I go on. Is there any software which is free and can capture this image and store it?

The only thing I can think of is software that screenprints your computer for security purposes.

Surely all you need is the URL of the image and a small app to fetch the URL every so often and save what it gets back.
