I’ve sourced a mk2 cup spoiler to fit to my Ph1, but it’s proving difficult to fit. A quick look at a few for sale and looks like there were a few different variants of cup spoilers with different moulding/shaping on the rear/underside of the spoiler. Some have a small lip on the front underside edge, whereas some don’t have that, and some have cut away recesses for the connectors and some don’t appear to have that. The outer shaping all looks consistent.
Clearly the one I have doesn’t want to fit my car, I might be able to modify it to fit by cutting and shaping. But I’d rather get one that fits right.
A quick search on the forum finds some people struggling to get a cup spoiler to fit, and others saying 3 minute job fits perfect.
So looks like there are variations of fitment.
Did the later 182 cups have a different spoiler fitment?
I can post some images up if it helps.
