Immobiliser light!

Strange thing happened after work today. After driving around 12 miles home sensibly I stopped to put fuel in my 182. After putting in fuel I hopped back in and tried to start it but there was no life, this happened two or three times until it finally shot into life. When driving from the filly to my house which is only about a mile, the light beside the gear stick was flashing repeatedly green and red. Anyone got any ideas what has gone on here? Or experienced anything similar?

Immob light is red light on the dash I thought, if you have red/green light beside your gearstick, sounds like an aftermarket alarm or immobiliser system?

Ahh you could be right mate as it has a sigma alarm wired in. Cheers
