Immobiliser problems....

Had my valver turbo over a year now, not a single thing wrong with it.

Last weekend at the Brands track day, guess what, car wont start! Cant get the immobiliser to turn itself off....with further inspection, found to be the "key" that you touch onto it. Its broke!!

So me and my dad proceeded to remove the top of the dash and remove the immobiliser, we cut it out and taped up the relevant wires. And it started.

Problem now is it wont start off the turn of the key, it has to be bump started??

Any one got any ideas?

Sounds like maybe you missed some wiring or it's just a coincedence and you have a bad connection or fooked starter. Can you hear the solenoid?
