These seats are fixed back and I was wondering whether they 1. be uncomfortable after say 30mins and 2. what sort of subframe I would need? cheers.

1. well depends how u drive now? if u sit up or lean bak! if uve bought em go sit and watch tv in em and see wot u think!

2. u can use the existin subframe u jus buy adapters!

Cheers m8, havent got em yet but I didnt wanna break me back after two minutes in the car. Any idea how much the adaptors are? They dont change the height of the seat do they?

no they jus bolt onto the existin frames and then bolt onto the seats!

im gettin some cobra monacos off my mate and had a look for some adapter plates but ur lookin around £70 but im not sure if u can use other make ones coz ive found that sparco are a lot cheaper frames!

theres the compeition frames but they are fixed so the seats cant move!
