Impreza Detailed........(VERY PIC HEAVY)!

Well Saturday brought about a day I had been dreading for a couple of weeks now. My mate had recently purchased a Subaru Impreza WRX. I know nothing of it, what model it is, spec, etc. All I know is its an import.

So he rolled up at 8.30am on Saturday, so that we could make the most of the good weather.

As you will see from the first couple of pics, the paintwork was shocking to say the least!! But then, the car is 15yrs old, and has probably never been polished in its life!

Wont bore you with the details and processes, but below is the products used.

Orange Degreaser
Gilmour with snowfoam and maxi sudds II
Washed, 2BM with Maxi Sudds
Menz Intensive Polish
Clearkote Red Moose Glaze
Swissvax Onyx (2 coats about 3 hrs apart)
Blackfire tyre gel
Autoglym metal polish

cheers mate.. not really a fan of these, as they are a bit "chav" for my liking. but i must confess i do really like this one. especially the colour of the paint. think its called "mica black" ?
