would a 15 fps: 640 x 480 camera be pretty good?

for use in fast road driving, track days and mountain biking.

ANyone got examples of this resolution and speed so I can make my own mind up?

I got some 640x480 footage if you want it? But the file size is huge. It's 30 FPS though.

Would you say 640x 480 is ok size? and 30fps is pretty impressive, u think half the frames would kinda suck?
