In car media player cheap on ebay!!!

Has anyone tried one of these, seems cheaper than the ipod and less hassle to wire up, plus it would look cool on my screen.

I'm very interested in that, but I cant stand it when people charge obscene ammounts on postage to save on fees.

It looks good, but I'm not sure what the auction includes.
At the bottom of the listing, it says:-

"Note:The Mp4 HDD Player does not includ Hard disk"

So I think you'd need to buy a hard drive as well??

yes mate, the info you gave me was useful, plus I still need to wire up the lights to the unit, so it illuminates in the dark, just got to figure out what i use for power source, was thinking of wiring to one of the buttons on dash.

I also had no choice but to get the buttons wired up as I stood on the infrared reciever for the tv.

Yes it needs a hard drive.

I think it may be good value, say another 50 quid for 200GB HDD?

I am not sure of the directory layout though, it would mean I would have to sort all my music into folders and by artist.

I am sure media player or some other program will do that for me though.

I say go for it, theres no reason why it wouldnt work, although the build quality maybe slightly crap.
