Indicator fault?

Tried replacing my OEM indicator bulb r silver visions last night stupidly in the dark, put in the passenger side and bulb didn't flash where as all the others were, put the OEM bulb back in and still didn't work.. Is this a fuse fault?

Bulb may have turned too far in the holder. Stick the indicator on, unscrew the bulb slightly and see if it comes on. If that doesn't work, wiggle the wire going into the back of the power connector, or check power is getting to the connector terminals by unclipping the connector from the bulb holder and checking with a multimeter.
