Induction Kit, AirFilter...Yes or No? Help!

Got a 1.2 with a 182 style exhaust but not sure if i should get an induction kit/airfilter to give the engine more intake for the exhaust? Not sure if its worth it or if its that big a deal, what i am trying to say is - is there any point?
