It will gain you very little if any power, but it won't particularly lose you power either. Fuel economy will only be affected by the fact that you will want to go bwaaar more often. Make sure you clean + oil it periodically as failure to do so will clog your intake up with s**t. I have a K&N 57i, and it works fine.
