Induction kit or Replacement filter??

  3 Series touring
hey,
i was looking for a bit of advice on wether people think i should fit an induction kit (if so, what brand, didnt want to jus assume that k&n would be the best) or a replacement (but branded) filter, as i read somewhere that on a 1.2l engine, an induction kit wont make a difference and could force too much air into the engine ??

opinions please! thanks

google "hill power" do a nice 1.2 induction kit looks good proberly sounds alright and will give you the standard expected gains. failing that just get a cheap open cone k&n not great for gains but you will not notice any gain behind the wheel anyway mate 1.2 born slow die slow unless you own a money tree.

So for budget get a cheap pipercross/k&n kit (sounds good not that great for power gains)

Hill power induction kit/ Ktec induction kit (Maybe small gains sound ok mid price range)

BMC forced air induction/Pipercross viper kit (Will give gains sound good but expensive)

ITG Maxogen forced induction kit ( Mega bucks but will give the best gains and good noise think simota do a similar one aswell.)
