Induction kit

I want to get an induction kit for my 197 Iv been told the k&n are the best one

Is this true or is there a better one

whos told you that? there absolutely s**t. ktec racing or itg maxogen, but to be honest there only small amount of gains to be had. better of staying standard

Dan@519 was working on something for the 197/200. He was getting good results in testing.
Might be worth dropping him a line to see where he's at with it

Hi people, I have a 1.4 16v mk3 anyone got any link to a good sounding induction kit. I can't see one that fits?

K&N are the worst for the 197. The ITG Maxogen (I had this one) and the Ktec one have proven gains
