just wondering wot induction kit i should get and do i need 2 get car tuned when i have fitted kit????

If you wonna spend over £300 then you will be advised to buy a Maxogen.
There are a few others to choose from £100 -£250. They can gain you a few bhp, some say they lose a few. Personal choice if you ask me.
