induction kits

ive been told induction kits are easy to fit??

have i been told right.. or is this with just some of them?

ive got a 1.4 16v on a 2003 plate

can someone recommend one?
maybe a link to the product?

k&n or recommend a better brand

Use the search function my dear friend. Threads on induction kits are probably the single most duplicated on this forum.

On a 1.4 though it's only going to be about the noise (even on 1*2s this is most often the case) so a K&N will suit you fine. Plenty of them on the 'bay.

pipercross is a good brand and shud sound nice on a 1.4 as well m8, worth looking at them.
