Induction kits

  172 PH1 - Black
I'm looking to get an induction kit and seen the PiperX Viper for £80. Is this a 'must buy'?? I know it gets good reviews, but can budget about £150. Should I go for a more expensive kit, or find something else to spend the rest of my cash on?

Get a pipercross road or race filter from JMS to fit into your standard ph1 airbox, the ph1 airbox or V6 espace airboxes i'd say are the best induction kits for a relitively standard car unless your going properly live map the car.

Other good cheaping things to get would be matched inlets (£150) and an RStuner remap (£150 or there abouts), they gave the best gains on my car.

  260% JCW
Most of the sheep go for a ph1/v6 set up, JMS have done some testing and it gets the best results. Try the search button matey loads of threads ect.

  Stripped yozza'd cup
^^^ this. None of the induction kits give you any power. Buy a panel filter, spend the rest on better things.
