Inferno Cleaned!

Went to Halfrauds and bought a load of cleaning stuff. £60 later I have a nice clean 182 cup . Some stuff is good, some ok! Here's a list of what I used and what I thought!

Washed with Meguires NXT gen car shampoo! Excellent stuff! Much better than Autoglym shampoo! You seem to need much less water too!

Took off all the surface blemishes with Meguires quik clay! Also very good and took a suprising amount of crap off the bodywork!

Polished with Auto Glym super resin polish. Brillant stuff! Brings the car up like a mirror and takes no effort at all to polish off! Even on a sunny day like today I didn't even break a sweat:approve:

I then finished it with Meguires NXT gen wax. This is ok but really didn't add loads to the finish that the SR polish gave. I guess it protects as well as polishes which is nice!

I then cleaned the rubber with Autoglym rubber care and cleaned the black bits with bumper car. Both of these are very good indeed!

I then polished the windows with Autoglym glass polish! Amazingly good stuff! Brings the windows up a treat!

A quick clean of the tail pipes with Autoglym Paint Renovator and all was done!

Baybe it just likes my colour:S I thought it was great and I've used it on red cars too, looked good on them!

the glass polish is great on your windscreen when it rains, the droplets of water just zip off

s**t, forgot about that! I also used Autoglym intensive tar remover on the bugs. Worked ok, not amazingly good so needed a bit of elbow grease! Gonna have to buy a dedicated 'bug shifter!!!'.

I really wasn't sure when I bought the car, now I absolutly love the colour. It looks different every day! Today while I was cleaning it I swear it flipped colour 3 or 4 times!

Yeh I like Liquid yellow a lot too! What are the chances of you wanting one, having the cash, and seeing a decent example at the right price and buying one? You'd have to wait weeks! I bought my Inferno cos it was a good car at a good price, now I'm starting to love the colour! I still prefer the Trophy though, I just love red cars!
