Has headlamp washer jets on the front mate, thats the give away Cup model doesnt have them.

Many reasons, half leather seats, climate control and xenons.

182's fitted with "cup packs" fetch a premium over the 182 cups, which just have cloth seats and standard headlights.

Its a cupped 182 rather than 182 cup. Basically the higher spec as detailed above.
