what paint would people advise for painting inlets? does it need to be high temp paint?

hammerite or normal aerosol stuff is fine

Make sure its cleaned properly any moisture dried off and an adequate key for the paint to adhere to

ok would summat like break cleaner or degreaser bin best thing for cleaning inlets?

yeah that will do. wire brush, even just wash them.

ok are inlets easy to remove? would probably be easier to paint if they were off

they are easy enough, some of the bolts are a pain. Have a look in the guide section. Obviously easier to paint/clean when off, but you'll have no car while you're doing it. Oh and you'll need new gaskets if you do remove them.

Give them a wash in some water could even use a bit of fairy liquid or something

cheers for the help guys il probably leave the inlets on while i paint it dont have the money for new gaskets at the minute
