I dunno one man hearding anothers rigid, and then trying to organise a meet? Where is CS heading?

On a practical note, if you cannot get the MDf in, use it as a template to cut out some ply as it will flex into place?

put it on a angle, mine was to a tad to big and not flexible, so i put it on a angle, and i manged to get it in, atleast you dont have to worry about gettin the metal spike in the wheel well into a slo in the wood like mine ;)

Put it in as far as it will go then run and jump in the car onto it.

Or cut it in two. My false floor was two bits but 1 piece of carpet over the whole thing. I could fold it to a v shape then put it in and it would flatten out and no one would know.
