Well it took me 10 hours yesterday to complete!

2 mates and 1.5 hours locked out of the house

We got there in the end!

The focals sound fantastic, really clear and the 12" sub has just the right bass to match the comps and the way i like it.

Steering wheel controls work but are opposite to the renault setup and there is no display of the track etc!

Still waiting for the Ipod adaptor to arrive so i can plug that in!

The dash was an arse to get out, the 3 plugs above the airbag being the main problem!

Also the tweeters are too big for the renault dash pod so there not sitting on the dash - not what i wanted but they sound good and dont look too silly!

i know what its like to do a boot build this is the 3rd or 4th time i have changed it since i had the car finally found one i like and i am very pleased with it, its a very painstaking process but in the end when people look at it and say nice comments about it worth the time and effort

Any tips on getting the dash off, particluarly around the airbag? I've got to do this for a steering contols adapter at some point.
