installation help

im just trying to install the pc suite for my new phone so i can transfer files to the phone.

when it tries to start, it comes up saying:

demoshield run time player has encountered a problem and needs to close.

it wont send the error report for some reason. any ideas what might be the problem or what i can do to get it to install!?

is it nokia pc suite

if so what phone is it for??????????

iv downloaded the programs from them now but for some reason its still not recognising the phone as a usb storage device!

nothings ever simple lol
