insurance and declaring points

any1 know of any insurance company that u only have 2 declare last 3 yrs or are they all 5?my points r just over 3yrs now had a quote with elephant wothout them and its a 3rd of the price but they ask for last five yrs

Think all are 5 years but the accidents vary. Id like to know what companies only want to know about accidents in the last 3 years, not 5!!
