im pretty sure flux dont charge for mods such as alloys and suspension - they're only cosmetic. they told me only increased bhp mods they charge for.

for cages try one of the above matey, normally ok according to what i've read on here.

Just insured with flux 2 days ago. Putting a cage in in the future is no problem. No extra fee.. Classed as an interior mod so aslong as you have interior mods declared already (buckets etc) then fine.

Brentacre said the same and so did HIC

From what I've read, Brentacre do a policy where you can add any cosmetic modifications including roll cage etc with no extra charge on the policy and no admin fees for declaring them.

Oops, too slow:(

so did they say they were gonna charge you for adding a new type of mod, ie a first mod in the interior? i thought it didnt matter from what i could gather on the phone.

Mate my car is stripped to the gills already. So I was insuring as a modded car anyway. what I ment was no extra ON TOP of buckets etc

Neal asked about a track car so im assuming he will have a stripped interior and proper seats etc
