I recieved my new policy docs at the weekend from http://www.firstalternative.comFirst Alternative so checked all the details to make sure everything was in order. On the cover page they had my postcode correct but not on the policy docs.
Recently for reasons beyond me my postcode was changed, but most places have the change on their systems by now. It turns out they didnt so they used a number a couple less, as I assume that area is in the same group.
Madness.
