Do you need to be 21 to get insured 3rd party on any car thru your own fully comp policy?

just depends on the insurance company. some are 21, some 25, some none and some all ages.

The TPO cover is meant to be for emergencies only, this is why most insurance companies, bar the one i work for, are pulling that cover.
