thinking about getting a cheap run around - currently have 5 years no claims bonus - and with elephant with about 5 months left to run...

whats the best insurance company to go with (wanting just 3rd party fire and thief/3rd party) who will mirror your ncb

any help would be appreciated???

You need to ring round depends on places.

IMO forget it for the hastle.
