ive notice a few people on the site can get insured on 182 and 172 at the similar age as me (20) i have 2yrs ncb and when ever i go to get a quote they say they cannot insure me.

so was wondering how do i go about getting insured on one for my age and who with?

hi guys. i'm 19 with two years no claims and a pass plus and looking to buy a 172 (2002 model). looking to get insured fully comp for £2000 or less hopefully. is this possible?? i currently have a saxo vts(insurance group 14) so it must be possible. i pay £1400 third party fire and theft on that and i was 18 with 1 years no claims when i insured that, cheers mike

Got myself a Clio RSi with alloys, lowered and performance exhaust. Thought it would be easy to get a competitive insurance deal - boy was I wrong! Called all the main companies Admiral, Direct Line etc but got pi..ed off with telesales, push buttons and talking to a computer. Came across these guys from the web www.noeldazely.co.uk - they gave me a cracking deal and were nice professional people to deal with. Might be worth giving them a try.

best i can get at 20 with 2ncb and one fault claim with sister in law as named driver is 2.2k, did a quote with greenlight for a 182 for the situation i will be in in september, 21, 3nb and its a 1k

it works out £200 cheaper with my job.
im an insurance claims consultant
but the insurance company i work for wont insure me until im 21 :dapprove:

I'm currently with Liverpool-Victoria who dont insure modified cars so i;m changing, probably to admiral, I have a 1.2 16v mk2ph1 with an induction kit being fitted next week, admiral qouted me £1100 for that, but i have made claims last year. and i'm 19, going on 20 on renewal date.

tried a quote for a 172 with admiral and it was something like £3500.
