Insurance renewal

Hi, got my renewal quote today from Privilege for my 54- plate 182, £385 (i am 45 years old), last year it was £295!
No change in details or claims since last year, anybody else seen a big rise this year? 90 quid is about 30 odd %!

Privilege near enough doubled my price at renewal - hence I am no longer one of their customers!

Insurance policies generally go up 20% year on year in my experience.

Get some other quotes and come back to them with the other offers.

I'd imagine you're the sort of driver insurers want the custom of.

I used to change companies regularly with my old 5 turbo via Confused.com to get the price down, also i think the insurance grading numbers have changed recently (the 182 used to be group 16, not sure now).
But 30%!

Seriously, get some quotes, barter the companies down, and play them against each other
