just phoned up my usual insurance company who sent me a renewal quote of £787 through the post the other day and I was previously paying £996, fully comp, all mods declared, expensive as hell tracker and alarm... blah blah blah... so anyway, call them up as they didn't list the modifications or tracker. Alarm bells were ringing at this point as I was worried my car hadn't been correctly insured even though at the time I'd spent the best part of an hour with the guy on the phone. As it happens they just hadn't added them onto the new quote, so I get a call back 5 minutes later and it's f**king gone up!?!? £999, so a £3 increase... not impressed.
Just called Greenlight as David (who's been brilliant) got me a quote of £550 a couple of months back and the quote is still valid and I'm okay to take it out later this month... so a nice £450 saving. f**king rock on! Quick service, friendly, know what they are talking about (last company didn't know what coilovers were and they are a modded car specialist
). All in all well chuffed!
